Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of downloadable digital goods (PDF handbooks, flashcard decks, Excel templates, and ZIP archives), purchases are generally considered final once a download token has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We provide full refunds under the following verified circumstances within 7 days of purchase:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order due to a network glitch or payment gateway retry.
  • Corrupted or Defective Files: If a downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable and our support team cannot provide a working replacement within 24 hours.
  • Non-Delivery: If your payment was captured by Razorpay, but the download link was not provided on screen or via email, and our recovery tool fails to retrieve it.

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund claim, email support@aiceraai.com with:

  1. Your Order Number (e.g. ACI-20260905-XXXXX)
  2. Email address used during purchase
  3. Description or screenshot of the technical error

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI / Bank / Card) via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
