What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are encrypted with 256-bit SSL via Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never store or handle your banking credentials.
Do prices include GST / taxes?
Yes, all prices shown on the store are all-inclusive. There are no surprise checkout fees or hidden charges.
Digital Delivery & Access
How immediately do I get access after paying?
Immediately! Once Razorpay confirms the transaction, you are shown the order confirmation screen with instant download buttons. We also dispatch the download links to your email address within seconds.
How many times can I download my files?
Each link allows up to 5 download attempts. We recommend downloading and saving the files directly to your cloud drive (Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive) or device storage.
What if I lost my email or accidentally deleted the file?
You can recover all your purchases at any time using our "Recover Purchase" tool by entering the email you used during checkout.
Study Material & File Compatibility
What file formats are provided?
Most guides and cards are provided in high-resolution PDF format. Trackers are provided in Excel (.xlsx) and Notion formats. Bundles are packaged in standard .zip files.
Can I print these sheets?
Yes, all PDF files are formatted in standard A4 size with adequate margin spacing for spiral binding or ring binders.
Are future syllabus updates included?
Yes! When exams update syllabus notifications or question patterns, updated editions are uploaded and accessible via your original purchase.
